In recent years, the legal landscape has witnessed a surge in the number of ADA-related lawsuits and demand letters, particularly focusing on web accessibility. This shift has put numerous businesses under scrutiny, with hundreds of thousands receiving demand letters annually. Surprisingly, only a small percentage of these cases end up in trials, as most are settled beforehand. The year 2022 saw a record-breaking 3,250 ADA web accessibility lawsuits filed, shedding light on the pressing need for businesses to ensure their websites comply with ADA regulations.
